WINTER ALE WINTER ALE

When the weather turns cold, it’s time to welcome a real winter warmer with notes of spices and a malty backbone. Winter Ales were traditionally brewed to warm the body and soul with their spices and high alcohol content, as a perfect beer for curling up by the fireplace. Our unique interpretation is enriched by using local carob honey to create a true local taste for a ruddy brown Winter Ale. This creates layers of different flavours blended together: toffee and caramel notes with a hint of liquorice. A true Winter Ale which will leave you wanting to have another one. Brewed to be enjoyed with friends.

Lord Chambray Ltd Lord Chambray Brewery is a craft brewery on the island of Gozo, the first one of its kind in Malta’s history. The brewery was founded in 2014 by the D’Imperio family, who first visited Gozo in the late ‘90s and immediately fell in love with it. At Lord Chambray, a quality approach has been taken in every single aspect of the business, from the ingredients chosen to the brewing process, including the brewery and bottling equipment. Last but not least, with the help of an architect and interior designer Marco Preti, the iconic “LC” logo of Lord Chambray was designed and finally dream came true.
